Rob Lough has over 21 years of experience in business and customer service. He has owned several businesses over the years. He was the original Licensee for Popeye’s Supplements. After 10 1/2 years of owning and operating Popeye’s Supplements, he decided to sell his three stores to focus full time on real estate. He was previously a licensed Mortgage Broker and a home inspector, performing over 1000+ home inspections over a 5 year period. He has also built several new construction homes and renovated personal homes and homes for clients. His experience has provided him with an excellent foundation to help Blue List Realty Canada be a premiere real estate company for Canadians. He has been able to share his home inspection, mortgage and construction background with his clients. Alex Tremblay is originally from Chicoutimi, Quebec, and understands the challenge of finding professional bilingual services. He will be pleased to assist in either French or English.
Having relocated to Nova Scotia in 2002, Alex is now a proud resident of Dartmouth and brings with him several years of experience within the retail and customer service industry. About Michael Harris
Michael Harris was offered the opportunity to work with the dynamic, innovative, and entrepreneurial team at Blue List Realty Canada, as managing associate broker, and he gladly accepted.
Michael has over twelve years experience as a licensed member in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has owned and/or managed four successful brokerages to date. He has volunteered in the REALTOR® Career Development Program and severed a four-year term on the Commission’s Complaint Review Committee.
Evenings and weekends, Michael studies for a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is frequently chosen to be the team leader in group assignments and has been nominated for a scholarship. One of his Professors wrote, “Michael Harris stands out as one of the most academically driven students in my teaching career. Michael’s academic journey is characterized by a desire to succeed in class, but most importantly he has achieved this by balancing a full time career and as a dedicated father.”

About Samir Loukhaila
Samir Loukhaila – REALTOR®
Born and raised in Quebec, Samir was taught to speak 3 different languages from birth. Fluent in French, English and Arabic allows him to work with home buyers with all different cultural backgrounds.
Samir has been a member of the Canadian Navy for 7 years and graduated as a Marine Engineer in 2013. As a member of the Navy he has an intimate appreciation for the challenges a military Relocation can bring and the stress that relocating to a new province can cause.
He decided to pursue his passion in Real Estate to ensure that buyers and sellers have the knowledge, skill and guidance they need to ensure a smooth transition to a new province.
