BROKER - Owner
Blue List Realty Canada is about providing top quality service at a price that consumers like. When we say we are a Full Service Company, we mean it. As one of the owners, and founders, of Blue List Realty Canada, Rob Lough will ensure to provide the best quality of Realtor Services he can. Rob has been offering 3-3.5% Selling commissions to Clients since the inception of his first real estate company in 2009. In late 2011, the company transitioned to 3% Realty Canada and then in 2018 to Blue List Realty Canada. Over the years, he has saved his Sellers tens of thousands of dollars in commissions. 3% Realty Canada is the perfect blend of Full Service Real Estate and Cost Savings for both Buyers and Seller!
Rob decided to stay and grow his professional life in Halifax for the same reasons thousands of tourists come here every year; great people, excellent small city culture and lots of history. It’s hard to imagine being anywhere else.
Rob Lough has over 21 years of experience in business and customer service. He has owned several businesses over the years. He was the original Licensee for Popeye’s Supplements. After 10 1/2 years of owning and operating Popeye’s Supplements, he decided to sell his three stores to focus full time on real estate. He was previously a licensed Mortgage Broker and a home inspector, performing over 1000+ home inspections over a 5 year period. He has also built several new construction homes and renovated personal homes and homes for clients. His experience has provided him with an excellent foundation to help Blue List Realty Canada be a premiere real estate company for Canadians. He has been able to share his home inspection, mortgage and construction background with his clients. If you are looking to make your next moving experience stress free, let Rob guide you through the process.
